Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms and common areas to exceed hygiene standards
- Stock and replenish amenities including toiletries and linens
- Report maintenance issues promptly to ensure guest safety
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere strictly to company safety protocols and sustainability practices
- Collaborate with team members to maintain seamless room turnover
- Provide exceptional service to guests during in-room interactions
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we provide all necessary training
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail with high standards of cleanliness
- Reliable transportation to and from downtown Boston location
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude with commitment to teamwork
