Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to meet strict hygiene standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and restock amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and team members.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost and found items to the supervisor immediately.
- Follow all hotel safety protocols and chemical handling procedures.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient workflow and room turnover.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good physical stamina and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic English proficiency for clear communication.
- No prior experience required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
