Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/checkouts with efficiency and warmth
- Monitor security systems and ensure hotel premises are safe
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Perform nightly audits and financial reconciliations
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Respond to emergency situations following protocols
- Maintain detailed logs of all overnight activities
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong customer service orientation
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Michigan driver's license (if required for errands)
