Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at the front desk, including check-in/out procedures and concierge support
- Manage reservations and room assignments using our property management system
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Perform light housekeeping duties including room preparation and public area maintenance
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to brand standards and safety protocols at all times
- Assist with event setup and guest functions as needed
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required - full training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction
- Valid driver's license preferred for errand duties
