Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities
- Perform detailed room cleaning including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and bathroom sanitization
- Change linens, restock amenities, and ensure all rooms meet brand standards
- Operate industrial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Report maintenance issues and supply needs to management promptly
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize cleaning schedules

Qualifications
- No prior experience required - comprehensive training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
