Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces using established protocols
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment (floor buffers, extractors) safely and efficiently
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adapt to flexible shift schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Follow safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Handle guest requests with professionalism and attention to detail
- Complete daily inspection checklists to ensure quality standards
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred (for property transportation)
- Basic English communication skills
- Reliable transportation to designated properties
- Pass background check and drug screening
