Responsibilities
- Perform daily guest room cleaning to brand standards
- Deep clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Manage linen inventory and restock amenities
- Report maintenance issues promptly to engineering team
- Adhere to safety protocols and eco-friendly cleaning practices
- Assist with turndown services and special guest requests
- Collaborate with housekeeping team to achieve departmental goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to downtown Austin location
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly
