Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes during assigned shifts
- Supervise 10+ hourly staff including bellhops, concierges, and valets
- Handle VIP guest requests and escalated service issues
- Oversee room inventory management and night audit procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
- Train new staff on hotel systems and service standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel management experience
- Proven shift leadership in luxury/upper-midsegment properties
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Opera/PMS systems
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Pennsylvania Food Handler's certification
