Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established safety and sanitation standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure all furniture is arranged neatly.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish floors and surfaces throughout the property.
- Restock amenities such as soap, shampoo, and towels in guest rooms.
- Report maintenance issues or damaged furniture to the management team immediately.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with guests and coworkers.
- Follow time schedules and shift guidelines to ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications
- No experience required – We are looking for a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Basic reading and writing skills for checklists and safety reports.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
