Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and common areas to 5-star standards
- Manage inventory control for cleaning supplies and amenities
- Train and mentor junior housekeeping staff on service protocols
- Coordinate with maintenance team for room readiness and repairs
- Execute linen management and laundry operations
- Uphold sustainability practices in all cleaning procedures
- Respond promptly to guest requests and special cleaning requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional housekeeping experience in luxury/hotel environment
- Knowledge of OSHA sanitation standards and eco-friendly cleaning practices
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
