Responsibilities
- Manage efficient guest check-in/check-out procedures using hotel management systems
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with prompt, personalized solutions
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and dining teams for guest requests
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience and revenue
- Maintain clean, organized front desk area and lobby standards
- Execute emergency response protocols and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or high-volume customer service experience
- Proficiency with Opera, Fidelio, or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication skills and multilingual abilities (Spanish preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution aptitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
