Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to a high standard of hygiene.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors to ensure a spotless environment.
- Change bed linens and restock amenities (soap, shampoo, towels) in guest rooms.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners in all designated areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with residents or guests.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not mandatory.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in a job well done.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
