- Perform daily cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and common areas
- Restock amenities and supplies according to hotel standards
- Operate industrial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Report maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly
- Adhere to hygiene protocols and sustainability practices
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams
- Complete detailed room inspection checklists
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid California work permit (if applicable)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic English communication skills
- Reliable transportation to downtown San Jose location
