Responsibilities
- Perform General Cleaning: Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all assigned areas, including rooms, bathrooms, and common spaces.
- Room Preparation: Strip beds, change linens, and ensure amenities are stocked and ready for guests.
- Sanitation Standards: Adhere to strict health and safety protocols and cleaning checklists to ensure high-quality standards.
- Inspect Work: Conduct self-inspections of assigned areas to identify and correct any missed spots before finishing the shift.
- Supply Management: Monitor and report on inventory levels of cleaning supplies and notify management when reordering is needed.
- Customer Interaction: Provide friendly, professional service to residents or clients during cleaning visits.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail and commitment to maintaining a pristine environment.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Communication: Basic ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and clients.
- No Experience Necessary: Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
