Responsibilities
- Cleaning & Sanitizing: Thoroughly clean bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas using specified products and techniques to ensure a germ-free environment.
- Floor Care: Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish all hard floors and carpets to a high shine.
- Bedding & Linens: Change bed linens, make beds to hospital standards, and ensure linens are freshly laundered.
- Restocking: Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries, and amenities in guest rooms.
- Organization: Organize closets, pantries, and living spaces to improve functionality and aesthetics.
- Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to management immediately.
- Protocol Adherence: Strictly follow company cleaning checklists and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 20 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and demonstrate a consistent work history.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for spotting dust, stains, and clutter to ensure perfection.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Transportation: Reliable personal vehicle required for commuting to various client locations.
