Responsibilities
- Room Cleaning: Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
- Sanitation: Ensure all cleaning products and chemicals are used safely and according to OSHA standards.
- Restocking: Maintain inventory by restocking amenities, toiletries, and linens.
- Inspection: Perform quality checks to ensure all rooms meet our high cleanliness standards before checkout.
- Common Areas: Keep lobbies, hallways, and restrooms pristine and welcoming.
- Communication: Report any maintenance issues or damages to the management team promptly.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for spotting dust, stains, and maintenance needs.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to arrive on time.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a standard background check.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
