Responsibilities
- Perform thorough and detailed cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to meet our premium standards.
- Strip and make beds, ensuring linens are crisp, linens are changed, and furniture is arranged perfectly.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, sanitize bathrooms, and mop floors in all designated areas.
- Restock amenities and supplies to maintain fully equipped and welcoming rooms.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and maintain a professional, friendly demeanor at all times.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to the shift supervisor.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
