Responsibilities
- Clean Guest Rooms: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to strict quality standards.
- Bed Making: Change linens, make beds, and ensure all amenities are restocked to guest satisfaction.
- Trash Removal: Empty trash bins and replace liners throughout the property.
- Restocking: Replenish toiletries, towels, and cleaning supplies as needed.
- Sanitization: Disinfect high-touch surfaces (door handles, light switches) to ensure health and safety protocols are followed.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues or damages to the management team immediately.
Qualifications
- Punctuality: Reliable and consistent attendance is essential for night shifts.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (typically 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure every corner is spotless.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Basic English communication skills for safety and reporting.
