Responsibilities
- Room Cleaning: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, suites, and common areas to company standards.
- Bed Making: Change linens, make beds according to hotel specifications, and ensure all furniture is arranged correctly.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Amenity Management: Restock guest amenities such as toiletries, soap, and coffee supplies in guest rooms and public areas.
- Sanitation: Follow strict cleaning protocols and use appropriate chemicals to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
- Organization: Ensure all cleaning carts are stocked and organized efficiently to maximize productivity during shifts.
- Customer Interaction: Interact professionally with clients and guests, maintaining a positive and welcoming demeanor.
Qualifications
- Entry Level Friendly: No prior housekeeping experience is required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to maintain a consistent attendance record.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure every corner is spotless.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills to follow instructions and communicate with the team.
- Availability: Must be available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
