Responsibilities
- Anticipate and fulfill guest requests with exceptional attention to detail
- Coordinate exclusive experiences (reservations, transportation, special events)Maintain relationships with premier local vendors and attractions
- Train and mentor junior concierge staff
- Resolve guest inquiries with discretion and professionalism
- Utilize Opera property management system efficiently
- Conduct daily briefings with front desk and housekeeping teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years luxury hotel concierge experience
- Proven ability to manage high-profile guest requests
- Extensive knowledge of Fort Worth's dining, arts, and entertainment scene
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
