Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and revenue management
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve occupancy and revenue targets
- Lead, mentor, and cross-train 100+ staff members across all departments
- Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations for premium services
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and sustainability initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing team on guest acquisition and loyalty programs
- Conduct financial analysis and budget management for P&L optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years progressive hotel management experience with luxury brands
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in competitive markets
- Advanced certification from CHA or AHLEI (e.g., CHA, CHTP)
- Expert knowledge of Opera/PMS systems and revenue management tools
- Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated team development success
- Strong financial acumen and budget management expertise
- Valid North Carolina hospitality management license
