Qualifications
- 3+ years luxury hotel front desk experience
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Opera or similar PMS systems
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends/holidays
- High school diploma; hospitality degree preferred
