Responsibilities
- Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Manage departmental budgets, including forecasting, cost control, and revenue management strategies.
- Recruit, train, and mentor hotel staff to maintain high standards of service and professional development.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with diplomacy and efficiency, ensuring 100% guest satisfaction.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain inventory and facility standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, preferably in a luxury or upscale setting.
- Proven track record of leading diverse teams and fostering a positive work environment.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests and staff at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and MS Office Suite.
