Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping coordination, and security.
- Manage shift schedules and ensure all staff are trained, briefed, and performing at their best.
- Resolve guest complaints and complex issues immediately to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Handle cash transactions and prepare accurate end-of-shift reports.
- Enforce safety and health regulations across the property.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Hospitality or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel management or front office supervision.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) is a plus.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
