Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including changing linens, restocking amenities, and maintaining high standards of hygiene
- Deep clean public areas including lobbies, elevators, and restrooms to ensure impeccable presentation
- Report maintenance issues and damaged items promptly to the Facilities team
- Follow safety protocols and use eco-friendly cleaning products effectively
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and restock carts efficiently
- Collaborate with the front desk and housekeeping supervisors to prioritize room assignments
- Adhere to all hotel brand standards and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly during shifts
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Flexible availability to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and holidays
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment safety
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently or in a team
