Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards of excellence.
- Make beds, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and ensure windows and mirrors are spotless.
- Restock amenities (soap, shampoo, towels, toiletries) and ensure rooms are fully equipped.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and lost and found items to the management team immediately.
- Respond efficiently and professionally to guest requests and special room preparation needs.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with guests and colleagues at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping, custodial, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
