Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance departments
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue growth
- Manage P&L responsibilities, budgeting, and cost control measures
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of 100+ hospitality professionals
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, health regulations, and sustainability practices
- Collaborate with marketing team to drive occupancy rates and maximize profitability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 8 years progressive hotel management experience
- Proven track record in luxury/resort segment leadership
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management expertise
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
- Valid Florida Hotel Manager certification
