Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the daily housekeeping schedule to ensure all guest rooms and public areas are immaculate.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and facilities to maintain high standards of quality.
- Train, supervise, and motivate housekeeping staff to ensure optimal performance and guest satisfaction.
- Manage and inventory cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effective purchasing and storage.
- Address guest inquiries and complaints regarding cleanliness promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in housekeeping management within the hotel industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in service delivery.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in hospitality is a plus.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and cleaning equipment.
