Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, corridors, and public areas.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Supervise, train, and schedule housekeeping staff to optimize productivity and workflow.
- Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and linens to minimize waste and control costs.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Handle guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping with professionalism and urgency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a housekeeping management role within a luxury hotel.

- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
