Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently with warm hospitality and attention to detail
- Manage reservation systems and optimize room assignments for maximum occupancy
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous grooming and communication protocols
- Participate in daily briefings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years customer service or front desk experience (internships welcome)
- Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
