Responsibilities
- Efficiently check-in/check-out guests using property management systems
- Handle guest inquiries about amenities, local attractions, and transportation
- Resolve guest complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Process payments, manage billing, and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for guest requests
- Uphold brand standards through exceptional service and attention to detail
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn hotel software
