Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out service with efficiency and warmth
- Manage room reservations, modifications, and availability using Opera PMS
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Assist with luggage and transportation arrangements
- Perform nightly audit tasks and generate daily reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Washington DC work authorization required
