Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during check-in/check-out processes
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and discretion
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Maintain accurate records in property management systems
- Process payments and manage cash drawer operations
- Assist with valet services and guest transportation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous hotel/front desk experience preferred
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Proficient in property management software (e.g., Opera)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Basic knowledge of Philadelphia attractions and transportation
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (if va duty required)
