Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through warm check-in/check-out experiences
- Manage reservations and optimize room assignments for maximum occupancy
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with empathy and professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Utilize property management systems to update guest preferences and special requests
- Act as a local ambassador, providing personalized recommendations for attractions and dining
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license (for occasional errands)
- Basic knowledge of Fort Worth attractions and local services
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
