Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and concierge operations
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures with efficiency and warmth
- Coordinate room assignments and maintenance requests
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with F&B and event teams for seamless service
- Maintain strict cleanliness and safety standards
- Process payments and manage billing systems accurately
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license (if required for transportation duties)
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Customer service certification a plus
