Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures efficiently using PMS systems
- Handle reservation modifications and room assignments with precision
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly with exceptional service
- Process payments, manage cash handling, and reconcile daily transactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Promote hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain accurate guest records and confidential information
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in Opera, Amadeus, or similar hotel management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid California driver's license (if transportation required)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
