Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel front desk or guest services experience
- Proficiency in Opera/PMS property management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask during peak check-in periods
- Valid Washington state hospitality certification preferred
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
