Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in guest rooms, suites, and common areas.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Empty trash receptacles and sanitize bathrooms thoroughly.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them promptly to the maintenance team.
- Ensure all safety protocols and hotel policies are strictly followed.
- Operate cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and floor buffers, safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial services is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Reliable transportation and good time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a cohesive team.
