Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Oversee all daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance to ensure seamless execution.
- Financial Management: Manage the P&L, create and monitor budgets, and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and average daily rate (ADR).
- Guest Experience: Ensure all guests receive world-class service by personally addressing VIP needs and resolving complex complaints efficiently.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor staff to foster a positive, high-performance culture aligned with company values.
- Compliance & Safety: Enforce all local, state, and federal regulations regarding safety, sanitation, and employment laws.
- Marketing & Sales: Collaborate with the sales team to develop local partnerships and drive group bookings.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in hotel management, preferably with a background in luxury or upscale properties.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse teams and driving operational improvements.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to stakeholders.
- Software: Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
