Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  • Operational Excellence: Oversee all daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance to ensure seamless execution.
  • Financial Management: Manage the P&L, create and monitor budgets, and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and average daily rate (ADR).
