Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out procedures with speed and accuracy
- Handle reservation modifications, cancellations, and room assignments
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation
- Process payments, manage billing discrepancies, and maintain financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security departments
- Utilize property management systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi) efficiently
- Uphold brand standards through personalized service and problem resolution
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years front desk or customer service experience in hospitality
- Proficiency with property management systems and MS Office
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math aptitude and cash handling experience
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (for local errands)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
