Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests with a warm, professional demeanor
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and diplomatically
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain accurate guest records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Uphold brand standards and maintain a clean, organized lobby environment
- Assist with basic administrative tasks and report maintenance issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
