- Process check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments accurately using property management software.
- Monitor building security and access control, ensuring a safe environment for staff and guests.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common spaces.
- Handle cash handling and credit card transactions with strict adherence to financial policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; hospitality or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
