Responsibilities
- Manage seamless check-in/check-out procedures and guest inquiries
- Coordinate room assignments and VIP guest requests
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food service teams
- Resolve guest complaints with professionalism and discretion
- Execute daily operational tasks per brand standards
- Train new staff on hospitality protocols
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel or luxury customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera/PMS reservation systems
- Excellent conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
- Valid California Food Handler's Card preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
