Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional check-in and check-out services for all guests, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Property Management Systems (e.g., Opera, Micros).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
