Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional check-in and check-out services for all guests, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience.
- Manage room reservations and guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with efficiency and courtesy.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests immediately and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain a pristine lobby and front desk area, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Process payments accurately using the Property Management System (PMS).
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; hospitality or customer service experience is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Property Management Systems (e.g., Opera, Micros).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
