Responsibilities
- Greet and register guests with warm professionalism, ensuring seamless check-in/check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with prompt, solutions-oriented responses
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing transactions accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain guest satisfaction
- Operate front desk systems and software efficiently (training provided)
- Uphold strict cleanliness and organization standards at the front desk area
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive team environment
Qualifications
- No prior hotel or customer service experience required – we train from the ground up!
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy (training on hotel systems provided)
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
