Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces following hotel standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linen to ensure operational efficiency
- Respond promptly to guest requests for room service or additional amenities
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Report maintenance issues and damaged items promptly
- Train new housekeeping staff on established procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality cleaning experience
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
