- Manage seamless guest check-in/out procedures using Opera property management system
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and confirmations with precision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly while maintaining brand standards
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Illinois driver's license (if required for airport runs)
- Professional appearance and warm demeanor
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
