Responsibilities
- Oversee all front desk operations including check-in/out, VIP services, and guest inquiries
- Train and mentor front desk staff on Ritz-Carlton standards and service excellence
- Resolve complex guest issues with discretion and professionalism
- Manage room inventory and optimize guest satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with housekeeping, concierge, and F&B departments
- Implement revenue management strategies for room upgrades and packages
Qualifications
- 5+ years luxury hotel front desk experience with 2+ years in management
- Proven leadership skills with staff development expertise
- Advanced knowledge of Opera PMS and hotel management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Availability for flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong financial acumen with room revenue management experience
- Fluency in English; additional languages highly valued
