Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/out processes with speed and precision
- Handle reservations, billing inquiries, and payment processing
- Provide local recommendations and arrange transportation/dining
- Operate PMS systems (Opera) and maintain guest records
- Resolve guest complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with housekeeping and security teams
- Execute shift handovers and report discrepancies
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with PMS systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic knowledge of Cleveland attractions/transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Ohio driver's license (if arranging transportation)
- Ability to stand for extended periods
