Responsibilities
- Perform thorough and efficient cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and restrooms to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities (toiletries, towels, coffee) to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, sanitize surfaces, and mop floors using approved cleaning solutions.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the Floor Supervisor or Engineering department.
- Organize housekeeping carts and ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and ready for use.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic computer literacy for clocking in/out and logging tasks.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
